Good mental health and wellbeing mean different things to different people and every individual has to find their own way to a meaningful and satisfying life. Thing those are responsible for a positive mental health and well-being is:

Healthy Eating

Taking fruits and vegetables will make you healthier. The minimum sugar you intake is good for your health. Reduce or avoid consuming alcohol and other drugs as it could be worse for your mental health issues.

Sleep enough

When you get tired you feel more stress and worried. You must try to take at least 8 hours sleep every night to avoid that feeling of tiredness. Make a good bedtime routine by taking a glass of milk or a cup of herbal tea, reading books or listen to some relaxing music before going to sleep. Try to sleep and wake up at same time every day. Try not to take caffeinated drinks after lunch.
